What is your return policy?
If you have a problem or discrepancy with an order, Please contact us immediately at our tollfree #, 1-888-210-0708 ext.201, or email us at www.kydsstuff.com.Please, have your order number available. All returns require a "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" (RMA#). No returns will be accepted without a valid return authorization number, issued by us. Products can only be returned in original packaging and unused. Return shipping will not be part of any possible refund, only merchandise.On occasion replacement of defective merchandise may be the option rather than a refund.Returns must occur within 14 days of receipt.
Please do remember, we are wanting to have only satisfied customers, so we will do everything possible to ameliorate the situation to your satisfaction.

All our payments are done through "Paypal". Their system is time tested and secure, and they accept all major credit cards.
Shipping and Delivery ?
Shipping will only be within the USA., we hope to broaden this at a later date.
Kyds Stuff will make its best efforts to deliver to you the goods purchased on kydsstuff.com, consistent with the estimated schedule of delivery indicated to you during the purchasing process. However, Kyds Stuff's delivery obligations are subject to the performance of outside contractors, and Kyds Stuff will not be held liable for any damages due to delay in delivery, or errors in delivery due to erroneous shipment information entered by the customer. If a delay in delivery exceeds more than (15) business days above the estimated date of delivery,it will be deemed as unreasonable and you will be entitled to cancel your order, or part of the order whih is not delivered, and be entitled to a refund for those undelivered goods subject however to our Return Policy.
Kyds Stuff shall ship the goods of each Po in their original purchase condition, includidg the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories, and in a manner that goods are properly protected from deterioation and contamination. You will be responsible to pay only such freight charges as indicated on the face of your PO. For any shipping errors, lost or damaged goods in transit, or defective goods, please refer to the terms of Kyds Stuff Return Policy incorporated in this Terms of Service by reference.
