Kyds Stuff does not direct any of our content specifically to children. Users are required to be 18 years old, and any user under 18 is not an authorized user.

Kyds Stuff shall not be responsible for,and shall not pay, any amount of incidental, consequential or other indirect damages, whether based on lost revenue or otherwise, regardless of whether Kyds Stuff was advised of the possibility of such losses in advance. In no event shall Kyds Stuff liability hereunder exceed the amount of he purchase price paid by customer, regardless of whether customer's claim is based on contract, tort, strict liability, product liability or otherwise. Kyds Stuff shall have no responsibility for the interruption of its Site, or the failure of any third party applications used by Kyds Stuff in its Site.
Customer(s) agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Kyds Stuff, its officers, agents, and employees from all claims, expenses and liabilities arising from any actual or alleged violation or infringement of Kyds Stuff intellectual property rights, and any intellectual property rights of Kyds Stuff Affiliates and Suplliers which may be affixed and used by Kyds Stuff on its website.
Kyds Stuff shall not be liable for default or delay due to causes beyond Kyds Stuff's control and without fault or negligence on the part of Kyds Stuff, such as, but not limited to, strikes, lock outs, shut down of internet connections by internet provider, cyber attacks on kydsstuff.com, loss or stolen items while in transit and while in custody of carriers hired by Kyds Stuff, non delivery of items ordered from supplier, provided, however, that Kyds Stuff gives customer(s) prompt notice in writing when any such cause occurs, or appears likely to delay deliveries and/or frustrate performances of services by Kyds Stuff and takes appropriate action to avoid or minimize such delay, or such performance.If any such default or delay threatens to impair Kyds Stuff's ability to meet delivery obligations for its material, suplies and services, customer shall have the right, without any liability to Kyds Stuff to cancel the portion or portions of this PO so affected. Customer(s) shall not be liable for default or delay in the performance of its obligations due to cause beyond its control.
The waiver of any term or condition contained in these Terms of Service by any party to these Terms of Service shall not be construed as a waiver of a subsequent breach or failure of the same term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition contained in these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service may be amended from time to time by Kyds Stuff, at its sole discretion. Any revised Terms of Service will appear at the top of the document with the mention"Revised as of MM/DD/YYYY."
